Minister Nomvula Mokonyane as she gave her keynote address. She addressed issues of dignified Sanitation and the importance of having clean, purified water to drink. That many toilets have been built in rural areas and a pump station has been opened to make sure the all water is contamination free. Minister Mokonyane sent her condolences to the families of the deceased children, she offered to build tombstones as this pump station was opened in memory of these children
